Where can I buy your toys?
I update my shop every few weeks. I send a newsletter (a few days before the shop update) to notify my subscribers.
Please Note: my work often sell quickly, but once an item is in your cart it will remain there for some limited time so you can brows and make a final purchase with all the P&P combined.
What if currently there are no toys available to buy, can I reserve one?
Once you’re on my ‘Mailing list’ then it’s just a matter of patience, as my toys are hand sewn and they take time ‘to come to life’ 
I don’t mind, if a customers asks to to reserve something they like in my shop for later payments and I’m often happy to make additional items to add to their purchase.
What are the prices?
As a general guidance my new price list (January 2013):
Mini animal (2 dress, felt coat, scarf and a shoulder bag) £80 (125USD, 93EUR) + P&P (Postage and Packaging).
A mini set in a wooden box is from £170 (267USD, 198EUR) + P&P (Postage and Packaging).
A typical set in a wooden box or a small paper suitcase: mini animal (about 13 – 18cm / 5.1″ – 7″), mini felted toy, Moses basket + blanket & mini milk bottle for girl’s sets, 5 dresses (or alternatively a pair of trousers + 3 shirts for a boy), felt coat, scarf + hat, a bag, quilt + pillow, felt food, picnic rug, linen basket, mini book or photo album, porcelain tea set for 1. Set includes small canvas carry bag that fits all of these little things in for an easy take a long!

How items are shipped?
Most orders generally ship within 1-3 days (except weekends and holidays). I do my best to keep my customers updated.
Orders within UK are shipped using First class Mail signed for without Insurance. International orders shipped via Signed for Air Mail without Insurance. Please e-mail me if you would prefer your order Insured.
Please note: I’ve only had one accident so far (in 5 years) where customer has reported item arriving completely damaged, but once an item has shipped I am not responsibility for any uninsured lost or stolen packages.
Do you take custom orders?
Generally no as I prefer complete creative freedom, especially time wise, but will do an exception here and there if it’s for a returning client or for a very special occasion…
Do you offer wholesale?
I can’t support wholesale at the moment, but maybe someday in the future…
Do you do layaway (a way to purchase an item without paying the entire cost at once)?
Yes, I do. You would have to pay a deposit in order to secure the item and after the full amount is paid – you would receive your purchase.
