Where can I buy your toys?

I’m doing my best to update my shop every few weeks. I send out a newsletter  (at least 24 hours before the shop update) to notify my subscribers.

 

What if currently there are no toys available to buy, can I reserve one?

My toys and their accessories are completely hand made and they take time ‘to come to life’.

I don’t reserve in advance, unless it’s for returning customers.

 

Do you take custom orders?

Generally no as I prefer complete creative freedom, especially time wise, but will do an exception here and there… 

 

Do you ship outside UK? 

I ship worldwide.

 

How items are shipped?

Most orders generally ship within 1-3 days (except weekends and holidays). I do my best to keep my customers updated.

Orders within UK are shipped using First class Mail ‘Signed for’ and insured. International orders shipped via ‘Signed and Tracked’ Air Mail fully insured. 

Please note: I’ve only had one accident so far (in 9 years) where customer has reported item arriving completely damaged, but once an item has shipped I am not responsibility for any uninsured lost or stolen packages. I don’t accept returns unless there has been a mistake on my side.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

I can’t support wholesale at the moment.

 

Do you do layaway  (a way to purchase an item without paying the entire cost at once)?

Yes, I do. You would have to pay a deposit in order to secure the item and after the full amount is paid – you would receive your purchase.
