Tibby and Molly

As yet another year is nearing it’s end I would like to cross that finishing line with a good deed up my sleeve. And you could join me and be part of it.

I’ve been thinking of ways to make some sort of difference, somewhere, somehow and since the biggest things start from the simplest small steps, I thought of an auction to raise some money and share the profits with our local community, with those less fortunate. We would very much hope to donate some of the money to the local Soup Kitchen and the other half to our favourite Big Issue seller who’s the loveliest man we know, he will appreciate this gift, however small!

Boxed midi bear set with more than 35 items could be used as Christmas Advent Calendar so that the recipient could get something daily from the set during those 3.5 weeks before Christmas… Bigger bear stands at around 16cm tall tall and comes in a wooden box (size 21,5 x 15,8 x 10,6 cm) along with all of the goodies that you see bellow:

quilt + pillow, 5 dresses, shirt, dungarees, reversible collar, party hat and a crown, 2 felt coats, scarfs/hats, shoulder bag, mini felted teddy and bunny, Moses basket + knitted blanket and needle felted milk bottle for mini teddy, felt pram, felted snowman, felt Christmas tree and 2 felt stockings, album, linen picnic basket and some goodies: 2 cakelets, 2 croissants, 2 apples, wooden milk bottle and a porcelain tea set for two.
This set includes linen drawstring bag that fits all of these little things in for an easy take a long!

Tibby and her belongings will go to the person who offers the highest bid  by 22nd November, 11pm UK time (time converter here). Use the comments below for your offers in British Pounds. Please, make a bid only if you’re ready to commit to pay the price you’re bidding, otherwise the item will go to the nearest highest bidder. Once the auction is over, I’ll upload the set to my shop for the payment. Payment will have to be made within 24 hours after the auction is finished.

It will come carefully wrapped and sent as insured, signed for parcel.

Starting bid is £350 (GBP). Currency converter here.

Advent calendar set auction

I love December. Cold or wet, with shorter (and busier) days, but in so many ways cozy, beautiful and uplifting. The weeks leading up to Christmas are my absolute favourite winter time. Long warming dinners, family nights in, present making and the anticipation…! Homes light up with Christmas lights, decorated trees and we dream lauder. I look back a lot, embrace (more tightly) what I’ve and try to give more, share…
