Yet another destination to add to our ‘Countryside walks’ list. Epping forest is just about 25min drive from where we’re and with all the space (soon to bee green!), rivers, ponds and interesting looking trees it’s likely to become one of our favorites in the near future. We see our Easter hunt happening there this year!
Snow is a rare guest in London and often a it’s visits are kept very short. We woke up to a beautiful white view outside, but the white is melting already and melting fast… Spring is on it’s way…. & I can’t await!
One or two more days and we’ll only have memories left of our last Christmas, but for now, it’s still ‘hanging out’…

This morning I went to the wood hoping to capture the fog we’re in, but macro lens has showed me something else is very beautiful too…

What a treat: a trip to the town, without a dog (for the first time in 4 months!!!), to the Science Museum to see daddy at work and his work. Web Lab is one of a kind, interactive (both online and at the museum) 24 hour exhibition where users are be able to operate the exhibits even overnight when the museum is closed. That’s what the mood is like today, different. Although the morning is the same as many, it’s the same wood, I feel somewhat differently in here. Steps are not rushing and my thoughts are at rest. Scents, pure, fresh scents squeeze through into the lungs. I always feel good in the wood, but today is different good. Very good. It’s a warm morning, overstayed mist lurks among the trees, runners, busy or just passing people, dogs. And lots of puddles. I glance down, and they reflect a beautiful world. It is mine.
I press headphones with music on and me & my dog we’re in no hurry to go home …
